3d scan fails / help

Ok, I give up for now. My different tries to scan people for papercraft failed so far, tried my kinect, got this, not enough detail.
structured light with beamer and camera is great for "dead" objects, but takes to long for people, they cant be totally still for 10 sec.

If anyone got any other Ideas, I am happy to take them.
Anyone from germany with 3d scan equipment? I googled some, but got 250 euro per head!!!
